The process goes as followed. They enter the country and tell us they want asylum. The IND checks out if it is a legit claim. If not they will be asked to leave. They get free housing, money, helathcare and a lawyer. The lawyer files a lawsuit. The immigrant can wait that out. Only 1 in 300 will win this case and they are asked to leave. They have an appointment with the DT&V that plans their exit for them and if they say there that they refuse they will be detained and deported.
I have no knowledge about the ongoings of my politicians but momentarily they are trying to prevent people from filing dozens of lawsuits so they can stay forever.

My 2pence: I never worked in immigration services but I worked somewhere similar. I can tell you that the majority of 'syrian' and African invaders come in having been given legal advice to identify as a child under 18. This automatically grants them the right to due process, medical care, housing, gibs and legal representation that they couldn't easily get otherwise. Every 'child' refugee (designated UASC; Unaccompanied Asylum Seeking Child) that i saw was minimum in their 20s. A great deal were obviously well into their 30s and I saw one guy who was obviously in his 40s. I saw hundreds. Why does this happen?
In the UK Doctors have abrogated their duty in this sphere. They say that as it is technically impossible to 100% accurately assess anybody's age (because people of different 'backgrounds' I.e. races, develop and mature at different rates) it is unethical for them to get involved. Thus, SOCIAL WORKERS who are often straight off the boat themselves are the ones who undertake age assessments and they do so with no physical examination; only by asking a series of questions. The guidelines for these assessments can be found online; throughout they stress the importance of the human rights of the invader above all else, including up to the point that they recommend the assessment should be carried out by someone with a similar cultural background to minimise discrimination. In other words, foreigners are deciding whether their foreign brethren get to game the UK system and they of course wave everyone through.
The border force is inundated with invaders and often waves through every 'refugee' and leaves age assessments to the local social services that the 'kids' are passed on to. Even then, most invaders make it to cities in the south east especially London, before presenting to the local cop shop and demanding Gibson and housing.

The Dublin accord is the most interesting. It states that the first country you enter is responsible for your asylum process. Since the italians get all the boat nogs we send almost everyone back. There is a system of registry they call DACTA. We check if you have been somewhere else and then try to send you back. Italy does not provide anything and most of these people have already had their asylum denied. We send these people to live on the streets of Italy. They are basically becomming hobos.
Another thing you need to know is that the government has a policy that if you are removed and dissapear they will make it impossible for you to live in the netherlands. You have no home, passport, cant marry, no healthcare, etc. And when you get caught you are detained and removed. There are a lot of people in the netherlands that live like that. estimates are around 20.000. Lots of chinese people that get helped by family and such.

Explain please what the 'ideal' case of a deportation looks like? What needs to be agreed upon and what are the responsible parties? What happens if a deportee doesn't show up? Do they get on some watch list to be detained? How many are caught after their no-show?

no. we can not change our policies. it goes as followed.
our laws are created by international agreements. the agreement for the international rights of refugees was signed by the netherlands and all european countries. so they are obliged to follow this law. And the european countries made agreements via EU law, that cant be changed easily. So all the EU countries have these laws and can not really deviate from this. We must accept immigrants and try to find out if their application is legitimate. if we want to change that we must leave the EU and break these international agreements.

If a deportee decides to leave they are allowed to. If he doesnt show up we did all for nothing. You are registered in a EU database as soon as you apply for asylum and your info is shared between countries.

Yes, please. What would a successful deportation look like? Like who buys the ticket, who takes the guy to the plane, who makes welcomes him in his country of origin, etc.
the problem is that we incentivise people to do this. they are motivated to travvel around europa to apply everywhere because it is free housing and living. if we want to be able to stifle immigration we should stop paying for all their shit. a lot of people come here for dental and healthcare. we should not do that anymore. if they go to court they should pay for it. if they want housing they should pay like anyone else. if we do this, then we will probably have a lot less people abusing our system. this is already slowly happening in some countries. france and italy are a good example. denmark as well.
we need to start detaining people who have to leave again immediately. there should also be a hefty price for countries that do not accept their illegal immigrants.
