Honestly though, the calico can load 100 rounds. 200 wouldn't be entirely impossible, but would be an interesting challenge for a gun designer. Maybe you could basically mirror a 100-round calico drum and have them alternately feed? Would probably be pretty unreliable bi guess.

That problem could be overcome I would think, it might end up making the pistol heavier and more expensive than it would already be though. Weight would obviously already be a massive problem just by virtue of having 200 rounds loaded. I'm envisioning maybe something like a cut-down American 180? At the onset of an epidemic people will try to flee, closed borders will increase tensions between countries. Sick people can't work so food shortages will occur, sick people also can't tend to utilities, so black outs will happen. The people who are well enough will try to escape using force, shots will be fired and that will kick off WWIII.

I don’t see the extermination of whites in SA starting a war for the reasons that no major power cares.
What’s more likely is that with SA running out of water they’ll annex nearby water sources (and clay). This will eventually run them afoul of the Chinese. American will get involved on a pretense of bringing stability to the region, but really just going in to secure rare earth deposits. Or our corporations staking claim on said resources will draw the chinks into fighting us.
