Lets not forget the land that is now modern day Israel was under British control at the end of WW2 and was gifted to the Jews not long after. Therefore if the war had gone differently, Britain and Hitler were allies and Hitler didn't lose the war, Israel would never had existed meaning US politics would be free from Jewish influence for the last 70 years and the US as a country would be vastly different (better).
Also, if Britain wasn't fighting the Germans, the US would never had gotten involved as one of the allies in WW2 (at least not in the context they did) and there would have been no reason for them to develop the atomic bomb at the rate they did. So nukes probably wouldn't have existed not for a long time after at least. This also mean Japan would be a shitload different today too.
