Instead, they took the easy road from high school and flooded into powerless blue collar trades jobs. These jobs paid decently but offered zero power and little upward mobility. While they were fixing toilets and air conditioners, white men ignored all of those critical institutions I just mentioned. In the power vacuum created by white men, Jews, women, and minorities flooded in. The white men languished in jobs that could be done by brown men, and during this time they lost control of every last one of their countries, all while they listened to Bruce Springsteen's Greatest Hits, bought Camaro's, and projected the ridiculous image that they were some sort of blue collar hero.
Realizing their incredibly stupid and nearly endless string of mistakes, white men blamed every one of their failures on Jews, niggers, and white women, while continuing down the path of self-destruction. The end result of all of this is that white men are undereducated, undertrained, and powerless in the face of a globalized work force, and frankly, most employers are sick of their entitlement, LARPing, and endless whining, so combined with their lack of higher education, this all makes them unfit for the 21st century job market.

Oh and your Linux example is bogus. There are numerous scenarios where it would actually be a great fit. Hiring anyone who does not deploy the proper strategy to fit the situation is foolish in any capacity. In my experience almost everyone does this as they reach first for what is comfortable or in budget.
To be quite honest, I've had the most issues working with women who are entitled and add little value and then cry or go to HR when called out about it. I have issues with people with Egos like yours who believe they are better than, smarter than, more deserving, etc. They block out so many possibilities simply because the ego blinds. My BEST experiences have come within teams where we all laid down our titles and backgrounds and allowed for flow. Allowed for the best plan to surface regardless where it came from. The ALL is energy user. Focus less on where it comes from and more on what it is doing. Your energy is closed. Open back up user. You're missing out. I wonder how many opportunities you are blind to.
