The name of the WiFi shouldn’t be ITS OK TO BE WHITE if this is supposed to be a system to be strategically placed. I could just rename my home Wi-Fi to be that. The systems should be placed in high traffic areas with innocuous names like “town center public WiFi” or something. Make it believable. People go out to eat or shop and want to look at their phones, and often search for free WiFi. Putting free or public in the name is the bait.
