Although it's that last part that they're wrong about. The 'especially if you're a person of color' piece of that comment. They think it's dehumanizing to non-whites. From their point of view all white conservatives are racist Nazis who view non-whites as subhumans. So with that logic, the NPC meme wouldn't dehumanize non-whites, because from their perspective 'racist trolls' already view non-whites as inhuman. So in that context the NPC meme only dehumanizes white liberals.
They're the ones who have committed the most treason against their nation and race. They're scared not because this meme is targeting minorities, they're scared because, to them, their opponents are framing them in the same light as non-whites. Their opponents being the 'racist white conservative Nazis who want to kill all non-whites'. In the back of their minds they're aware that, or at least believe that, there is a target on their backs and that in a conservative white victory in a civil war they will be lined up with the rest of the 'enemies' and killed. In their minds, at least.
