I've noticed that the most NPC:y people I come across are very good looking. They often seem like exaggerated extremes of NPCs, being all about surface and instinct, leaving no room for introspection.
You see the low class good looking-archetypes on reality shows like Paradise Hotel, Love Island, Temptation Island etc. Their NPC-utterances aren't really political or even socially approved talking points, but on a more base level, "drink, fuck, cheat".
The high class good looking people, models and the like seem like empty stone-faced husks both on and off the cat walk.

I used to be an NPC but wasnt aware of the fact. I think i cured myself by accident, my job requires alot of driving amd the usual thing was to listen to the radio all day, one day i left it off and just had my own thoughts for company. At firstt it was a revelation to myself that I'd gone all day in silence but then realised my thougts and mind felt crystal clear and anything i looked at that evening i was able to look at with a totally open mind. Ive continued with this practice for months now and ive gone from a person that was outraged by the smallest of incidents to being able to take time to assess the information i have taken on board, digest it properly and come to level headed conclusions. I still get angry and i still get happy but non of my feelings are instant anymore. Is having time away from any form of media the cure ? A couple of hours a day maybe walking, driving , cycling or working out without any mediia our outsiise interference.
