People tend to be happier when they're reaching for a goal
It's a sense of purpose.
Instead of segmenting your life into slivers of time between when you can binge-watch season X of show Y, you segment it into what you're learning this year
Or what's after that.
It doesn't even have to be high-reaching stuff. Maybe you feel uncultured because you can't name the famous classics. Maybe you want to be a bit geographically aware and learn all the countries in South America and who neighbours who. Maybe you're intrigued by the theoretical physics of 4d objects and want to ponder that for a while. Maybe you're fat and want to lose weight by eating less. I don't know what your goals are, what aspects of your life make you feel inadequate on a personal level.
Hell, maybe you just always wanted to learn carpentry.
Save up money to learn carpentry and make your own furniture. It might not be considered high-minded, but it's admirable.

~80% of the population are NPC. The remaining 20% of the population fight for control of the NPCs. This was a well established fact long before the meme started.
If you want to dive further into it, that 20% is divided into positive and negative souls... Negative souls are essentially what we know as sociopaths... (((people))) who exist solely for their own benefit and view others as nothing more than tools to enrich their own lives. Positive souls are those who have empathy and care about the future of humanity. These are the people who would give up their lives for the people they love.
As you can imagine, Jews are the ring leaders of the negative souls.
