Why does EUROPE have so many mass-shootings?

I found this list of mass-shootings in Europe since 1985, and was shocked. Is this list accurate, Europeans? Why does your continent have so many mass shootings? The list is so long that I will have to break it into several parts just to post it here:

>October 17, 2018 - 21 killed and 50 wounded by suspect Vladislav Roslyakov with a shotgun and nailbomb at Kerch Polytechnic College in Kerch, eastern Crimea, Russia.
>August 10, 2018 - 8 killed by suspect Ridvan Zykaj with an AK-47 rifle in the village of Resulaj, southern Albania.
>June 3, 2017 - 9 killed by suspect Sergey Vladimirovich Egorov with a rifle at a dacha in the town of Redkino, northwest of Moscow, Russia.
>January 1, 2017 - 39 killed and 70 wounded by suspect Abdulkadir Masharipov with an AK-47 rifle at the Reina nightclub on the western (European) side of Istanbul, Turkey.
>July 22, 2016 - 9 killed and 36 wounded by suspect David Ali Sonboly with a pistol at the the Olympia shopping mall in Munich, Germany.
>July 2, 2016 - 5 killed and 22 wounded at a cafe by suspect Siniša Zlatić with an AK-47 rifle in the town of Žitište in northern Serbia.
>June 28, 2016 - 45 killed and 230 wounded in a rifle and bomb attack by multiple assailants on Atatürk Airport, in the western (European) side of Istanbul, Turkey.
>November 13, 2015 - 90 killed and 386 wounded in a rifle and grenade attack by multiple assailants on the Bataclan theatre during a concert in the 11th arrondissement of Paris, France.
>November 13, 2015 - 19 killed and 9 wounded in a rifle attack by multiple assailants on the restaurant La Belle Équipe in the 11th arrondissement of Paris, France.
>November 13, 2015 - 5 killed and 8 wounded in a rifle attack by multiple assailants on the Café Bonne Bière and La Casa Nostra restaurants in the 10th arrondissement of Paris, France.
