But much more of the black population lives in poverty than whites so you see more black crime.

Well yes and no. When it comes to crime rates I think it probably more of an environmental thing then genetics but when it comes to types of crime theys some interesting difference between white and black crime.

What are the chances of getting stopped or frisked as a 12yo white boy compared to a black boy living in New York (or any mayor city) ?
