Anything more would have to be decided on a case by case basis with an appropriate department of government dedicated to it. Some ancestral genetics would be considered more tolerable than others (Hispanics and East Asians possibly, for example).

European nations, though far less hit in the genepool as of yet, would also be recommended to conduct such a program.
