Well since I am not the best at providing advice asides from how porn is bad for you and stuff, but I would recommend doing small excercises like pull ups and push ups, and then making a healthy breakfeast or drink.
Yes, have one. Pull clothing out before bed. Get up 2 hours before work. Full body stretch 10min , meditate 10 min, bodyweight exercise and light cardio 20-30min, shower, eat a large 600 calorie breakfast. 4-6 oz of coffee no cream or sugar, brush teeth aka personal hygiene. Drink 16oz of water. Start a great fucking day.
