We would still evolve obviously while we did all this bio-modding. I couldn't guess what the end result would look like but if we are talking completion in 700 years time, whatever the Novuteran would be like would be alien to us, you and any race that exists today. They would be pale or yellowish because cold, Whites and Asians exist because of that environment 16,000 years ago. Noses would be different and hair wouldn't be curly. Less melanin.
