This makes no sense. If it's not reported then how do we know it really happened besides word of mouth? They have ways of actually seeing if you were raped you know.

And if its reported and does not go to court, it probably means no real evidence was given. If it went to court but they did not go to jail, it probably means it was a false accusation aswell.

And what about those 2 false accusations? Why are they by themselves, wouldn't we only know its false if it was reported then proven so? Wouldn't that then mean a false accusation isn't any different then one that was reported but didn't have real evidence to go to court, or one that did but the man was not jailed?
