Fun fact, i grew up in a town that has the 3rd highest percentage of gypsies in romania and they all were unusually retarded even for gypsies. As I got older and left the shithole I found a picture of me and my class mates in first grade.

And their names came back to me, they all had muslim names like " ramadan", "mustafa" "bairam".
Later on I found out that they were the remnants of some war prisoners from a war against the ottomans.

but I think 60% of "romanians" who "live" abroad are gypsies... but desu when romanians found out the gypsies were getting so rich so quick a lot of them started acting like gypsies all over europe.

So I think romania is like 2,5% ethnically gypsy and also has about 40% of honorary gypsies ( romanians who act like gypsies) who go to italy and other western countries to steal,beg, get gibs and rape, just like ethnic gypsies.

The other 60% of romanians are pretty normal but are ashamed to leave the country because they dont want to be associated with ethnic gypsies or honorary gypsies. Hope this helped
