Your food supply chains are asymetrical warfare

Sugar is warfare.

Sugar increases your estrogen, sugar changes your hormones, sugar spikes your blood sugar and takes away your focus, your intuition, your libido and your drive for life. Sugar makes you complacent, lazy, fat, and irritated. Sugar drastically changes the culture of bacteria in your gut and it wreaks havoc on your immune system. The bottom two layers of the food chain, bread, carbs and fruit all contain sugar. The white man lived in the cold, you were never meant to eat bread with sugar in it everyday. You were never supposed to eat sugary fruits everyday. You ate fish, game, onions, leafy vegetables for 20,000 years before you ate this garbage in the last 1% of your existence. Almost every malice and vice can be traced back to the food supply chain, and (((they))) control it.

You are constantly under a form of asymmetrical warfare every day, your children are, your friends are, your entire race and country, even the niggers around you are under attack. Stop eating sugar or you will perish. Its death by a thousand cuts, and fall by three hundred years. This thread will be brigaded by (((them))).

If you eat bread with sugar in it, you're being hit with some flak and can hear the bullets buzzing over your head. If you drank some soda today, you just took a direct hit of a chemical attack and you are choking on your own vomit.

STOP FUCKING EATING SUGAR YOU STUPID FUCKS

As long as is corn tortillas yes, also Mexican sea food is based

i have shit genes anyway so i can eat as much sugar as i want without remorses

I tried but if you go into a supermarket you cant buy anything really beside cheese egg and meat

everything else is full of carbs and 95% of the time because its filled with sugar

Respect if you can keep it away

No you cant, you are literally feeding yourself poison that not only will kill you long term but numbs your mind by making you sleepy with blood sugar spikes & insulin response

>Go drink with friends
Cant drink shit, everything is carbs or sugar... maybe vodka but it tastes like pure alcohol and is not fun thing to drink

You can pretty much live like a monk on keto but still alot of info flying around about it making you develop kidney stones and shit

You can do it brother, you have to do some research and make some changes in lifestyle. The best part is that the diet is CHEAPER than a diet with sugar. Spend a weekend and do some research, pop some advil and by monday morning the withdrawls will be over. You can do it

>kidney stones
>not drinking water

k

Go die paleo cuck. Civilization was born and thrived on carbohydrate availability.

The picture you posted is a Jewish trick. Here is the real pyramid

This, so much this

Mercola is literally bald krill oil merchant who went insane.

I eat sugar everyday. It makes no difference.

i had a minimum of 1,000 calories of sugar yesterday. 2 sodas, 2 bags of gummy candy, a chocolate bar. how fucked am i?

Except your wrong. Carbohydrate avoidance causes insulin resistance. This has been observed in countless studies. Yes, if you regularly avoid normal carbohydrate consumption you will experience blood sugar issues. Also there is the Randle cycle to consider. Fat and sugar compete for oxidation. A high fat meal will make you temporarily insulin resistant. Just as being obese will give you blood sugar problems. Because you are constantly releasing high amounts of free fatty acids which compete with glucose oxidation. Carbohydrates do not cause insulin problems unless you lack the necessary minerals and vitamins to oxidize glucose correctly. Please educate yourselves.

i can confirm this from personal experience. when i was dieting on just salad greens and chicken for a month, i ate my first big pasta bowl at the end of that month and i felt like i had been drugged with a roofie i got super weak and tired and needed to nap for like 3 hours

Do you ever get light headed from sugar crash? That's your body trying to switch over to producing sugar from your liver and having difficulty insulin resistance or what not. Just cut down baby steps is the key instead of the retard cold turkey method. For the soda try and figure out what you're craving more the sugar or the caffeine and either drink juice or tea or coffee try and shave off a bit of the substances controlling you per week.

I don’t. I’m on keto. Haven’t had much sugar over 8 months. Lost 45 pounds too.

Is this why you're even more obese than burgers?

Attached: screenshot-mexiconewsdaily.com-2018.10.21-14-53-54.png (880x689, 819K)

no i usually barely eat sugar i just went crazy yesterday, i try not to drink sodas ever really but every once in a while i crave one. maybe drink like 4-5 a month

Cutting out sugar is easy. However I need to put on weight and its impossible to do that without potatoes and rice.
Also, I heard that complex carbs are just as bad as sugar, but they just increase insulin slower, is that true?

but thats not even normal for me, i usually never drink soda ever. just lately ive been wanting some now and then, i think its ever since i stopped drinking beer my body still wants some sugar. im using a few sodas to help quit beer, and ive been using carbonated water to help cut down soda

no, complex carbs are preferable to refined sugar because they dont spike your blood sugar as quickly and take longer to process and digest so you keep a more even sugar level in your blood through the day. refined sugar basically spikes your blood sugar level because it goes straight into your bloodstream, then that triggers insulin release, and your body thinks because of the blood sugar level you must have a lot of food in your stomach so it releases a lot of insulin to bring your sugar level down, but blood sugar is faster metabolized so you end up actually dropping after a short time like an hour which people call the sugar crash. thats when you feel tired. complex carbs dont trigger that insulin spike

Is the healthiest way to eat
Sorry if it makes you uncomfortable

>Sugar increases your estrogen,
so thats why i have a bigger ass than any1 else i know, to ratio of course

>I eat sugar everyday. It makes no difference

also i would not be putting potatoes and rice in the same category of sugar as refined sugar like candy and soda. theres nothing wrong with eating potatoes and rice, your body needs starch and carbs for energy. humans have evolved to eat grains, bread, rice for thousands of years and before that people evolved to gather and eat carbs from fruit and roots they found. you cant phsycially eat the amount of fruit or roots to get the same sugar in a 32oz soda, so yeah its unnatural to eat high fructose corn syrup in large quantities and hence why there is so much diabetes

>you cant phsycially eat the amount of fruit or roots to get the same sugar in a 32oz soda
That's bullshit. An orange has about the same amount of sugar as a can of coke, and you can eat plenty of oranges in a day.

Third from the top is the true redpilled diet.

>eating more sugary carbohydrates will temporarily fix my diabeetus

you're fucking stupid. high fat diets in the form of raw animal foods does NOT result in any additional weight gain. carbohydrates are what make people fat not animal foods, which humans as carnivorous animals have thrived on for hundreds of thousands of years.

Attached: 1518649084307.jpg (243x240, 20K)

>Third from the top is the true redpilled diet
and the second from the top

>Another study in 2009 sought to compare the effects of ketogenic and low fat diets on insulin resistance in overweight, healthy subjects. In a randomized, controlled, calorie-restricted dietary intervention lasting 12 weeks, researchers recruited 40 male and female subjects aged 18-55 years. They had a BMI of greater than 25 kg/m2 and had at high levels of triglycerides (>150 mg/dL). However, they had no metabolic, endocrine, or glucose-related disorders and did not take any medications or supplements to deal with these conditions.

>The subjects were divided into two groups. The first group of 20 consumed a carbohydrate-restricted diet (CRD) which consisted of 12% calories from carbohydrates, 59% from fat, and 29% protein. Before the intervention, these subjects had an average BMI of 33.5 kg/m2, percent body fat of 40.6%, and age of 32.6 years. The second group of 20 ate low-fat diet (LFD) consisting of 56% carbohydrate, 24% fat, and 20% protein. Before the intervention, these subjects had an average BMI of 32.1, percent body fat of 39.0%, and age of 36.9 years old.

>At the end of the intervention, researchers noted favorable changes in BMI, body fat percentage, levels of triglycerides and LDL in both the LFD and CRD groups. However, these decreases were all more pronounced in the CRD group. Fasting insulin concentration in the LFD group decreased from 70 pmol/L to 57 pmol/L, representing an 18.6% decrease. [7] In contrast, the fasting insulin concentration in the CRD group decreased from 107 pmol/L to 54 pmol/L, representing a 49.5% decrease. [7]

Attached: 1513015921092.jpg (500x500, 15K)

Nope. De novo lipogenesis my friend. Conversion of carbohydrate into triglycerides is an extremely inefficient process. The process doesnt even begin until consuming around 500 grams of carbohydrate. Can you store fat if you eat a lot of carbs and fat in the same meal? Absolutely. It's why fat people consider cookies cakes, and donuts to be "carbs" yet they ignore the massive amount of fat calories.

well i just googled oranges and ill admit its more sugar than i thought but still nothing near the concentration of a can of coke.

a 12oz standard coke can has: 140 calories, 39g of sugar

a large orange (3-1/16" diameter, 184 grams) has: 87 calories, 17 grams of sugar

12 fluid ounces = 340 grams

divide 39g sugar/340g - that means you get .11 grams of sugar per gram of weight of soda in a can of coke

divide 17g sugar/184g - that means .19 grams sugar per gram of weight in orange

its worth noting that the sugar types are different however. according to google for an orange:
>Sucrose accounts for half of the total sugar. Another 23 percent of the total comes from glucose, while fructose represents 27 percent of the sugar in an orange.

When you eat an orange, you are not eating the pure refined sugar as in a can of liquid soda. The orange has fiber and the sugars are trapped and locked into the flesh of the orange that you just ate. Your body has to work to extract it over time, unlike soda

>Oranges have a glycemic index score of 40. On the glycemic scale, scores under 55 fall into the low category, so oranges have a small effect on blood sugar. This is due to fiber. One navel orange contains 3.1 grams of dietary fiber, or about 8 percent of women's and 12 percent of men's recommended daily intake. More importantly, oranges are a good source of soluble fiber, which slows the digestion of sugar and prevents a large spike in blood sugar.

So no, eating an orange is not the same as drinking soda, even if they had the same sugar content (which they dont) and its no surprise people have not evolved to handle the high concentration of refined sugar solution in soda

you are bullshit, you ignorant retarded little communist faggot

>Conversion of carbohydrate into triglycerides is an extremely inefficient process.

Uh yeah that is my point.

I think you guys should look into Walter Kempner. He fed his diabetic patients virtually nothing but white rice, fruit juice, and white sugar and saw dramatic improvements in most participants.

So carbs by themselves won't make you fat. Fat by itself wont make you fat. Mix the two and they will, yet carbs are the culprit? Your logic is flawed. Go back to rawpaleodietforum...

shut up kike.

mexican food is fine but many mexicans wash it down with a liter of soda and plenty of fried street food around

another nu age fad diet that does not work long term and harms the body .

the only natural way for humans to eat is to stop cooking their foods, stop consuming plants or any other non living food, and focus on mainly high fat, high cholesterol, raw animal foods.

>grass fed red meat
>raw organ meats (heart, tongue, liver, etc.) (this is HUGE as no one eats raw organs anymore, which are the most nutrient dense foods on the planet)
>raw pasture raised poultry
>raw eggs
>raw shellfish and fish (with coastal access)
>raw dairy

avoid:
>processed foods of any kind
>plant based foods

Attached: 1517024190260.jpg (721x1024, 106K)

This guy knows how it works. it is worth noting that squeezed orange juice would be a closer comparison to soda than eating the orange whole.

Attached: 1539932080780.jpg (347x1023, 19K)

Uh yeah, that is because when combined, the body will choose the easier route and select the carbohydrates for a quick boost of energy, and the fat will not be selected, and will then be stored in the body as excess fat.

how hard is this to understand? apparently for you it is very difficult.

Attached: 1539957291860.jpg (645x729, 61K)

Oranges are shit food that will make your teeth yellow and ruin your brain.

>b-b-b-but muh vitamin c!
you can't even process the nutrients available in oranges as plant matter is indigestible to humans

>not knowing about the glycemic index and comparing sugars

Get shot in the face, fucking fag

I quit adding sugar too my food, drinking soda and all that jazz, but there is sugar in fucking everything at the supermarket.

Someone give me some good advice on how i can avoid too much sugar with a 9-5 job. Because i'm totally beat everyday i come home from work, then i need to get in some cardio before dinner, then shitpost, go to sleep and repeat..

I got a physically hard job and i need a high calorie intake daily or else i'll lose too much weight and i can't stop doing cardio workouts because i got cystic fibrosis.

Sugar is even a recommended energy source from my own fucking doctor

Either way i'm still fucked and will probably die in my late 30's or early 40's, but i still want to reduce my sugar intake and still have the energy to get me through the day.

Attached: yt3pt6p4hz0z.jpg (3264x2448, 942K)

OP is 100% correct.

Don't believe lies about meat. Meat from a healthy animal can't make you sick. I only eat raw meat, eggs, and milk now. Mostly the fat & organs. It's what we're meant to eat and it literally makes you high.

Sugar & vegetables (carbs, fiber) are cattle food. If you want to be cattle, go vegetarian. Fruit should only be consumed straight from the ground after some fermentation, and that's only if you truly crave it or don't have access to an animal. If you want some guidance in terms of fruit, only eat whatever your dog will eat. Do not consume any vegetables or sugar period.

Once you erase the brainwashing and eat a primal diet you will feel human.

Attached: lFCuRqg.jpg (1500x996, 292K)

My understanding is Mexicans guzzle soda like they should with water. So there's a lot of other shitty practices going on contributing to it.

nice to know. thx
checked out a bunch of cookbooks from the library & not only does the food look good but it's an entire life style change...for the good.

yeah. you can feel it 2 times

Cheese egg and meat is white people food, eat that but cut the simple carbs.

You're half right. It's a lot of fiber so it will make you feel full with less calories. But you and absorb what's held within the fibers. Maybe i you should try it

>THAT modern man is declining in physical fitness has been emphasized by many eminent sociologists and other scientists. That the rate of degeneration is progressively accelerating constitutes a cause for great alarm, particularly since this is taking place in spite of the advance that is being made in modern science along many lines of investigation.

>Dr. Alexis Carrel in his treatise "Man, the Unknown" states:
>Medicine is far from having decreased human sufferings as much as it endeavors to make us believe. Indeed, the number of deaths from infectious diseases has greatly diminished. But we still must die in a much larger proportion from degenerative diseases.

>After reviewing the reduction in the epidemic infectious diseases he continues as follows:

>All diseases of bacterial origin have decreased in a striking manner. . . . Nevertheless, in spite of the triumphs of medical science, the problem of disease is far from solved. Modern man is delicate. Eleven hundred thousand persons have to attend the medical needs of 120,000,000 other persons. Every year, among this population of the United States, there are about 100,000,000 illnesses, serious or slight. In the hospitals, 700,000 beds are occupied every day of the year. . . . Medical care, under all its forms, costs about $3,500,000,000 yearly. . . . The organism seems to have become more susceptible to degenerative diseases.

The advent of industrial farming practices and the reduction in the consumption of raw animal foods, which is what our ancestors thrived on for ages, has resulted in the UNHEALTHIEST PERIOD OF EXISTENCE FOR HUMAN BEINGS, EVER.

Opinion on milk? Literally the white mans food but its high in sugar.

I work a very physical job too and have justified eating some carbs because of it. I’ll just make sandwiches loaded with good meat, cheese, and butter. No sugar and a ton of fat and protein with some carbs that you’re going to burn off at work or during your workout anyway. I’m not an expert but I have cut out sugar completely

I can actually believe this almost. With all that meat you'll never become anemic. Like those kids in your pic, anemia isn't even an issue in Greenland. Only people here in western society have periods in their life they become anemic at some point and not only women

thi sthis thi this this this this this this

notice how happy healthy, and vibrant these young native girls are?

Fruits have been selectively bred over the last several decades to be much higher in sugar than they were in the past. However, unlike junk food fruit has enzymes that help you digest that sugar. Plants that are high in sugars also have chemicals that are produced by the plant as an immune response against the plant’s oldest enemy: fungus. This means that despite their high sugar content fruits won’t lead to a runaway candida infection like sugary junk foods do.

BASED AS FUCK.

NOT going to lie, it's not easy. I guess I'm about 1/3 there, but it's already an improvement big time.

raw unprocessed milk is great and a superfood

and vegans will claim the same thing. carbs are fine in their whole and unprocessed forms.

i started eating this way at the beginning of the year and I've grown a good two inches since.

Easier? You mean preferable? It's almost as if our bodies have adapted to times of famine through certain means. Like ketosis for example...

#1 staple in the Mexican household is Coca-Cola. Indigenous Sonorans have the based food you're claiming, you crypto-kike-spic rape-baby.

Ive gone this route and feel like my old self again, I used to have daily panic attacks, keto basically saved my mental health

What about coffee? Coffee wasn’t discovered until relatively recently - 900 years ago

>I’m not an expert but I have cut out sugar completely

This is my plan also, but when you look at the table of contents on each product at the supermarket it's all sugar. Even pasta sauce has 6-8 grams of sugar in it. I don't have the time to make everything from scratch, but i do a 3 day meal prep for breakfast and lunsj

the panic attacks are your brain freaking out because it knows it is starving and is craving fat and cholesterol.

i used to suffer from mild anxiety as well

Wow I used to eat some crappy food.

The purists say avoid coffee and alcohol altogether. I guess I'm still addicted to coffee myself FML.

no I mean it will assimilate to the quickest available source of energy which would be the carbohydrate, but this has other negative consequences like blood sugar spikes which gives you a crash afterwards.

basically Coke has become synonymous with soda in hispanic culture and as the image states
>Fats, Oils & Sweets
USE SPARINGLY YOU GREASY FAT FUCKS

Start making big pots of stew and other healthy soups, you can simmer them overnight. Buy a crock pot and slow cook pot roasts and other meat dishes while you’re at work.

Sugar is fine. Nutritional advice on Jow Forums is shit. Eat anything you like, but count your kcals.

Isn't this pyramid outdated?

Oils aren’t bad for you unless it’s junk oil like canola or vegetable oil.

I still drink whiskey. 0 carbs baby

Who am you? did you post before, do you have a youtube channel?

I also work in a physically demanding field. You might want to try a very high fat diet (60%+). Try it for a month, see how it goes. Be sure to get your food from a high quality source. Raw milk, butter & other dairy if you're tolerant, raw (pastured) eggs, and grass-fed (AND grass-finished) high fat red meat.

It may seem expensive, but when you consider you won't have to take any supplements or drink coffee anymore it ends up being cheaper, especially if you buy a whole cow, or even a quarter cow. If you can't get over the mental block of eating raw, then start out searing the outside and eating medium rare -> rare -> blue rare -> raw. That was my progression.

I am SO glad I took the leap from strict veganism to raw primal, on a whim. I was craving meat so badly I figured there must have been a reason.

Be sure to not consume any more than 20g of carbs, from any source. The point is to go into ketosis and you'll know you're there when your urine has a strong aroma to it (as it should be naturally). Don't believe the lies about being in a state of ketosis. Just try it yourself for a month and you can decide then if it works.

Attached: butcher.jpg (800x1422, 79K)

Paleo/keto are number one.
I like you vegans and vegetarians because although you have the worst tryhard diet known to man at least you're trying, You'll come to reason eventually.
If you eat a normal western drink alcohol on a regular basis because "you're cool" or eat anything with added sugar you deserve to die early, and you will.
