I am pretty far up the whole ladder of self improvement. I have quit porn for 6 months now...still have made zero regressions otherwise. To be honest, I still dont know if I have any vices left to destroy. I became a bit more social too, more cooperative at work, more joyful even, more accepting of what few normal people that remain. Also started boxing. Still doing heavy lifting and hard running, also race cycling.
only things I have left are

to learn more or less. But I am not sure if I shouldnt try to become a white crypto kike by playing poker, seems like a nice opportunity to try to learn how to get a higher degree of emotional control still (I really hate car salesman and want to best one, one day)

Unfortunately, I don't think there was enough interest in the thread to sustain it. It's a tragedy because I got much more out of the spiritual side of Jow Forums /sig/ threads than the ones over on Jow Forums.

Yea meditation, I often put it away, but today I did some again. Beyond that...well the only other path that I see infront of me is more self study. More acquiring of money, wealth power I guess. But at least I have no downsides on me anymore more or less. Isnt that kinda weird though, some of the iron pill creators probably thought "well society is so degenerate and shitty surely no one will follow our path" and yet I did. Many anons did.
and I want to thank those guys. Probably helped me more than this degenerate niggerfied society ever could.

I really need to get back into meditation. I did it consistently for a summer a few years ago but was never able (willing?) to restart the habit.
I just recently got to a position where I was comfortable financially and it's a big weight off my shoulders. It's also nice because it opened up a clear path to what my next steps are professionally. I think financial success is a fundamental aspect of life and we should pursue it religiously as we pursue all good things.
As far as the creator(s), I heard he'd actually ended up committing suicide. I find it tragic that the fuy who created this extremely helpful mindset was himself so despondent that he ended it. But then again none of us would have looked twice at the iron pill if we were happy with our lives anyways.

Well, that's exactly why Americans need neo-paganism. Any old world country can reach back into tradition and resurrect some form of pagan spiritualism, but americans lack these roots as you say. The american history and mythology is that of invention and self creation - the revolution, american constitution (~designed government~ by new money enlightenment aristocrats), the spirit of supremacy and gentry in the south, the conquest of the south by the industrialists in the north, etc.
It's tough to explain but because of our history - the fact that we cut ourselves off from tradition and set ourselves adrift - we americans have no choice but to invent new modes of living in the prayer that the future will be better than the past. Some of us recognize the damage this does and seek to reverse it, but in so doing prove ourselves americans by *inventing* paganism as we want it. What do we make it out of? Immigrant gods, just as the country is all immigrant (the originals are displaced, so the immigrants always have a sense of superiority) peoples. It's an eclectic mix of gods, with the gods and pantheon reinterpreted to suit the individual and the situation. If the american longs for paganism, the only authentic paganism he can have is created paganism. Avant garde paganism. Neo-paganism.
