The marxists in power continuously drove a wedge between us and have been since the early 70s. The standard of living in UDI Rhodesia was so much higher, for both whites and blacks, than it is today that literally every was living better under smith, and that is an immutable fact. It's really unfortunate too - we could have easily been a very powerful and prosperous country if it weren't for the horrors of modern internationalism, socialism, and the first world's inherent need to make every thing "equal" rather than free.

It's really unfortunate seeing that too - in the 70s, when my parents were just kids, we were nearly half a million strong in Rhodesia - and since then the entire middle class, both black and white, have been forced out of the country.
Look at Salisbury on the eve of independence - it's in the heart of Africa for God's sake! This was a modern, connected, and beautiful city that's been completely ruined from decades of neglect and destruction. I lived there when I was very young(we were finally able to leave when I was four) and even now it's unrecognizable from what it was back in the day.

They already did. There was an exodus of whites out of namibia after independence in 1990 and the loss of Portguese Angola and Mozambique in 1975 wrecked any chance of Rhodesia surviving without the removal of international sanctions.

At least in the Western Cape, we get along. Your opinion will change on blacks when you constantly see Thicc Zulu braaap kweens walking everywhere on campus, the only "danger" is when your'e overwhelmingly outnumbered in shebeens in the Langa black rural areas within the Western Cape. Although the East side of the country you will def get targeted. Whites in South Africa are pretty safe on the Western side.
