Went to a Jesuit high school, but I also went to other catholic schools for middle and grade school. Jesuits are generally just earnest, good-spirited catholics. Not super nuts or out of the "ordinary" with regards to sermons/sacraments/worship practices, but the order itself is more focused towards education, as opposed to say the Dominicans who are more of a "community service" sort of order. So they are catholic, as opposed to some form of protestantism. The priests are nice and the actual members of the community are just garden variety catholics, generally. The "idea" is to follow as close to Jesus specifically in faith/teaching/way of living. If I remember the whole thing started in the early 1400s when some dude in Spain got nailed with a cannonball, and as he spent several months recovering he read a lot of religious literature and decided to start an order similar to the Franciscans or Dominicans, but more focused specifically on the way of life of Jesus. So functionally they're very keyed in on what the Pope/Vatican want/need, but that's sort of a running joke amongst Christians as they very rarely every get Jesuit for a pope. It's weird and more than a little snobby.

Opus Dei has even less potential for objection when compared to SoJ; the Francoist background being the only thing someone could call you out on, but if they do they're probably actual communists. The secrecy has lessened considerably since its founding and it even has its own prelature so I'd call that more than acceptable.

What does anything have to do with everything? It seems the only true id path, is to avoid human constructs. Any official organization (and especially the people therein) should be looked upon with suspicion. Since without the few within it, who do not fully believe, but just see it as another tool to sublimate for eventual individual realistic successive consciousness, it is just another primate social order, so not really human.
