They don't have any records here in the US for the FBI/police departments to go off of and if you take their ID's after killing them then it would be a real cluster fuck trying to find out who they are. Personally I feel that it would easy to get away with murdering one tof these invaders.

According to the constitution it wouldn't be illegal to defend your nation from invaders that illegally cross the border, but all the made-up laws that infringe upon the constitution....you'd probably go to to jail forever if you tried to kill some of them.

I think it's still considered homocide, non citizens are still protected by the law. Crossing the border without inspection is just a misdemeanor, i believe so that would not make their lives forfeit. In fact, crossing the border without inspection is only a felony if you've been deported before. You can make a citizens arrest for a felony that you witnessed. So if i tried to make a citizens arrest on a illegal and it was his first time crossing illegally, I could end up being brought up on false imprisonment charges. On top of that they give out special visas for witnesses, so just making a citizens arrest on an illegal might end up making them a citizen. If you went there and gave a mean look im sure the media and a million jew lawyers would be scrambling to ruin your life. You would not come out on top if you killed one in public
