Communism is in the self-interest of the majority of people. If you don't own means of production and you aren't labor aristocracy like a celebrity or something, socialism is in your immediate interest.

Some people are just getting hooked up by aesthetics. Authoritarian regimes usually have nice music, uniforms, architecture (not Soviet Union though) and a lot of edgyness.

Essentialy its a more modern for of the Myth of the Metals society, with more emphasis on all members participating in the auxillaries, temperance (reasonable respect of hierarchy) is a big part.

I was a Neocon for a long time without realizing it. I used to post on reddit, and almost a decade ago r/worldnews was pretty anti-Israel which I found crazy i used to be one of those fags calling anyone who criticized Israel Ahmed or sandnigger.
When the Israelis raided the flotilla sent to Palestine from Ireland happened I was on /new/ mocking everyone who was against Israel. I spouted the usual "Israel is our ally because x reasons" only to get called a jew, but some posters posted info about the USS Liberty which was something I was unaware of. I kind of put it in the back of my mind.
Over time I began to be aware of how many jews were involved on the left in the US amd abroad. Diane Feinstein was a major offender to my principles, so was Barney Frank. Anthony Weiner. Jon Stewart's jewishness became known to me, I began to see a pattern. I began to cling to the few "right wing" jews I knew like David Horowitz so to keep myself from beginning to brand all jews the same.
As Occupy happened I was here laughing at the protestors. I decided to do some research and learn about Lehman Brothers, Goldman Sachs, and various CEOs like Richard Fuld. Ron Paul had already got me interested in the Federal Reserve and that in turn made me realize for nearly 3 decades jews used it to steer out economy. In my mind the evidence piled up. Eventually I learned about AIPAC, the liberal origins of neoconservatism, the jewish involvement in planning the Iraq War, and I lost faith in the jewish American "right". I learned how the jewish left was just as big a supporter of Israel.
I learned more about the US-Israel's one sided relationship. It just got worse from there.

I was in school learning about how bad nadzi's were and saw an ocean of people just like me united and determined and I felt a surge of energy go up my spine and enlighten me.
