I need help, i need to know something for breakfast, lunch and dinner and plan it out, and know how to make it on low cost. easy is pref since i can only make 2 meals, i don't have an oven, only standard cooking pit and microwave. Breakfast >two eggs cooked however you'd like (I often go with scrambled with some salsa)
Lunch >sandwich; deli meat (I personally go with turkey usually), cheese, whatever kind of spread you like, tomato, lettuce, whatever else
Dinner >stir fry; some kind of protein (chicken breast is probably best for you since it's cheap; also pretty healthy), other veggies like bell pepper, mushrooms, celery, onion, etc. Easy as shit to make, and can make big portions very quickly
