hair loss doesnt run in my family so that wasn't really an issue for me, but a lot of trannies (and even a few non-tranners) i know are on finasteride to help their hair loss idk if female hormones on their own do anything to stop hair loss, but testosterone blockers do afaik either way theres obviously better options than HRT if you've worried about hair loss i did get way less body hair though i didnt have much to begin with unironically yes, part of the sex drive overload
