I would have tried to disagree with you OP, if I hadn't watched that South African Congress session about the land appropriation plans a few months back. I agree with it insofar as I do not believe in unconditional universal suffrage, and would not want an ill-informed or poorly behaved electorate.

My parents have both done DNA tests and they got 100% European. No West Asian ancestry. My dad is entirely Irish while my mom is about 1/8 or 1/16 German.
