First of all, the wires. They make no sense, one on each end cap, for what reason?

Also, it looks like the entire thing is made of plastic. Which also makes no sense. A pipe bomb is supposed to be filled with blackpowder or smokeless powder, in a metal cylinder, to contain the pressure enough to get a detonation. Won't really work properly with plastic.

Also, it looks nothing like smokeless powder or blackpowder. Maybe ammonium nitrate. Which makes no sense at all in a small pipe bomb, as you're not going to get proper detonation with such small mass of ammonium nitrate, especially without a proper blasting cap. It looks like something a retarded high school kid would make after just hearing the words "pipe bomb".

So either a retarded right winger, who really thought it would work. Which means he sent it, even without testing it. If that's the case, he's so retarded he's bound to have left some clues, and he will be brought in in a matter of days.
