Why would continental Europeans like monarchy? Spaniards hate the Bourbons for obvious reasons, the Dutch and Nordic countries monarchies are all cucked, and every country which has a deposed monarchy (France, Germany, Italy etc.) has been propagandized against them for decades.

I like the idea of a constitutional monarchy. Light democracy for the people to dictate how the government treats them, and a strong leader over the government who makes the tough decisions that the bureaucracy and bullshit of democracy has a tough time doing.

I'll admit the best thing about Democracy is the level of freedom it gives to its citizens, however if its citizenry is not responsible or virtuous that freedom can backfire quickly.
