We discussed that initialy, the question is implied in the reaction that is generated. It is not necessary to question wether or not it is okay. We already know that it is okay to be White. It's not up for debate. Anyone questioning the premise is showing themselves to be "non-Inclusive" and thus not "progressive". The blatant flasehoods needed to prop up opposition to the statement are themselves revelations, and by extension, validations that the premise "It's Okay To Be White" is in fact accurate and True.
So, NO, user, we do not need to rephrase it in the form of a question, now or ever again.
