That's not at all what genetic diversity is about.
Genetic diversity is about just that, diversity of genes.
For example, Niggers get sickle cell, whites do not, niggers have a greater predisposition towards aggression and lower IQ in males, whites do not. Niggers often have weaker hearts due to the way that the proteins forming their cardiovascular systems are expressed, whites do not.
Genetics are the protein blueprints of how to assemble various parts of a person, having access to different and varied bricks does not make the end product better; much in the same way that adding a lego brick made of shit to the lego deathstar that is the white person will make that death star less functional (and cause it to smell of shit)
Blacks have a lot of genetic disadvantages that cause them to be dumber, live shorter lives, act aggressively, lower their IQ and leave them vulnerable to certain diseases.
It would be more diverse to add these shit genes to the genes of whites. Or to put it in a way that you fucking apes will understand.

Basically genetic is fucking complex, and we have evolved to be best adapted to the places we live in, and adding random bits and pieces of other places is about as useful as trying to force in car parts into a Eurofighter, technically you might be able to get some to work; but it's an overally detriment to the Eurofighter, and the resulting Eurothot should be hit with AAA at the earliest given chance.
