It hasne't been healthy man! People aren't even educated on the basic level regarding political systems and culture... but have all sorts of strong irrational positions and perpetuate conspiracy theories.
Why can't we take the shape and format of sensational conspiracy theories and "truth bombs" and make pamphlets and memes that educate people towards real economical problems and towards a complete political and social culture?
Might work, or might prove that people will ignore these - which I doubt. I believe it's all about the way you deliver the content for most people.
