That's not true though, not everyone gets what he's trying to get at. There's a lot more room for interpretation in the way he speaks, and I'd argue that's the main factor in how the left reacts to him. If he had speaking ability of Bush or Obama there would be a lot less trump derangement syndrome. If he articulated his views clearly and reasonably instead of his shoot from the hip style, he'd be far more successful. Instead we get what we have today.
