The non-meme answer is that you can easily come as a backpacker (working holiday visa), for at least one year, but it's getting increasingly difficult to come on a permanent visa. You can still try but you need some serious skills and education (PhD in engineering or something like that).

It is a known fact that Soros gave Open Society Foundations $18,000,000,000 alone.
Let's say that sum earns 1% per year in interest alone (it is way more than this, but for the sake of argument).
That gives you $180,000,000 per year for doing nothing.
Now let's say you fund a protest ~every 2 days. That gives each protest a budget of ~$1,000,000 .
If each protester was paid $100 you could hire 10,000 protesters.
So the interest alone on a single lump sum that Soros gave Open Society Foundation could buy a 10,000 person protest every 2 days indefinitely and never deplete the initial capital, theyd still have the 18 billion.
