A real pip bomb with timer is well over 16oz due to the metal pipes. Even though the ones used were fake and empty and PVC with the timer and pipes itself and the packaging (which counts towards weight) its still over 12oz. I believe the stamps anyway were for 8oz

Several words are spelled wrong. But there are two kinds of misspellings, one is where you don't know how it is spelled and the other is "florids", which happens when you miss the A and hit the S on a keyboard. This kind of misspelling happens to everyone and everyone knows it is wrong. That makes the misspellings seem intentional, as a whole.
So why would you intentionally misspell words on these packages?

I assumed it was a rush job, they typed way to fast and had no time to spellcheck then printed them out, sloppily cut them out and slapped what they thought would be enough stamps.

IDK what was in the xray photo inside the fake bomb, but was not glass. Almost all glass in the U.S. has a lead content to make shards appear a mid gray on xray. The one in the xray photo has somewhat ditinct edges on the chunks, but almost clear.
Source: I'm an RT, and had a piece of a Tostitos salsa jar stuck in my foot that had to be cut out.
Don't judge, I was drunk and barefoot eating tostitos. They found the chunk a week later after it had healed, and my walking around caused it to wiggle around cut inside. Very painful and bruising. I almost died of eternal bleeding.
