Well it's not an absolute proof, but the construction of the bombs is anachronistic, especially considering they have all turned out to be non-functional duds so far. It's highly improbable an individual or organization skilled enough to make (is it?) ten bombs now would fail to get them right every single time. The timing is also extremely convenient, especially now that bombs seem to be rolling out now in ones or twos every day, prolonging the panic. While it's possible the bomber could be unstable, I think that someone capable of making and distributing this many IEDs is probably at least mentally capable enough to consider the consequences of their actions. Therefor I don't think it's very likely the bomber is right wing, or a partisan directly working for either party. I think the most likely scenario is that the bomber is an unstable radicalized leftist, possibly a bernout since they would have reason to hate Clinton and other mainstream Democrats but also reasons to try and convince the public at large that right leaning people are responsible.
