Question - there's been a lot of noise about a "courier service" being used. Could this be a reference to the FedEx-USPS relationship? What if these packages were placed inside a FedEx air/next day style box. Would these still go through USPS facilities? That might go a way towards explaining how they are in USPS facilities and aren't postmarked/stamped in any way.

Was this one delivered? Cause if so, this is definitely fake, or it never went through usps and was just dropped at the door. Sometimes when we cancel stamps it can be hard to see if the ink is low, but those were blatantly never canceled, and we go way too far out of our way to make sure those stamps are worthless once used.

Nobody uses it anymore because it’s like like saving ¢40
