Yeap employers have all the rights, I do my work and then afterwards I have to put it through the NHS website if their shit systems detects an error it rejects my claims and I either try to fix myself or have to call their system support which usually take 1-2 hours. Also I have to give a 3 month notice period while they can just fire you with 2 weeks notice.
