Now that the dust has settled on Cesar Sayoc's name being an anagram of accessory A, a term used in courts to show items that were used during the course of a crime to facilitate the criminal(s) perpetrating the crime we should sit down and discuss what this means.
Why did they chose this guy? Were they aware of his name or was it an unfortunate coincidence for them? Did they release the information to push us to pull on their threads for them or did we stumble upon it it entirely by coincidence?
Here's what we know, the timing of the attacks was supremely retarded, Cesar Sayoc is also known as Cesar Altier, his middle name which will be used by the media to avoid discussion of the anagram thing.
What is the significance of this and how do we use it? We now know that it's one of the following. 1. The elites are mocking us as they march to world domination with facts and coincidences that the average person will never believe or accept. 2. Someone or something is making a mockery of the elites by trapping them with mistakes like this as they attempt to march to world domination. 3. The universe has a sense of humour.
So which is it?
This is the most important part, everything above is pure speculation. There is only one thing that we can be certain of, this false flag was part of their plan. They wanted bombs to be sent out and they wanted the public to know that bombs were sent out. Why did they want that? Are the midterms really so important to them? Let's drop the Trump worship for a moment and assume that the government of every major nation is locked tight and that we are the last line of defence against a Wall-E future of subservient slaves. What was to be gained with this play?

More importantly how do we use this information? We are effectively certain that there is something to find now, so we can spend a considerable amount of effort looking for it.
As a side note we should be careful about assuming that apparent coded messages like this will yield fruit in the future, as this was probably a test case to see if we would pick up on the confirmation and to see how we would react to it. Future happenings might have confirmation but no fruit, no confirmation but fruit if followed or no confirmation and no fruit. I am confident that this is a case of confirmation and fruit if we dig hard enough.

The problem with stories is that it is always one person doing all the work, one protagonist who is almost omnipotent. In real life that kind of superhuman mental agility and physical capability is the combined effort of large groups or teams working together to achieve an outcome.

A lot of what you said here, and in first post, can be equally applied to the more general question/topic of "Disclosure". I've heard the term "the Disclosure" or just "disclosure" thrown around a lot over the last year or 2.
After hundreds, if not 1000s of years of secrecy on certain matters, Why have a "disclosure" at all? Why now? I've seen 2 theories on the matter. One says that it was always part of some plan, and that's just how it's done at this juncture, whatever juncture that is. Another says they lost some power somehow, either by making some mistake, or by losing in some behind the scenes battle, and that they are either willfully doing some disclosure as a pressure release valve to preserve what power they can, or that they were forced to do disclosure as terms from their victor.

Some people are better than others at certain tasks. Critical thinking appears to be the "most important" task to people at the moment, arguably it should be because without critical thinking right now we're going crash head first in to a Wall-E like society where humans are herded like cattle and given some kind of regular dopamine hits to keep them docile, maybe something like Angry Birds while the elites walk around free.
The NPC meme is a gross oversimplification of this that most people ironically do not think critically about, but it serves a purpose, it divides people in to willing slaves and in to people who think, it's a basic vernacular but it is effective.

To summarise my thoughts on the NPC concept, today the NPCs are the people who walk blindly in to danger because they are told to by their leaders. In the future when our leaders can be heard and trusted again the definition of an NPC will be extremely different.
To aid your own thinking, consider and think about the real life Sherlock Holmes on our side, consider his or her support network, his or her group, just because the Holmes is faster or smarter than them are the other people in the group NPCs or are they just people like everyone else with different skills, different abilities and different values? Does the distinction really matter on a base level? But most importantly never forget that the enemy side is full of fucking NPCs.

When you write something for yourself you do not need to have any form of standardisation, for instance I could have a pet name for a store or person that nobody else in the world is aware of. I'd have to bring up the Pareto Principle for the work part- it scales across all arenas in life, even the brightness of stars- 20% of the individuals do 80% of the work, true in every company. Those few work horses I'd say aren't NPCs, however if you took a group of those workers and put them in the same company, the PP is still in affect and the same thing happens- take a group of lazy fucks and put them into a company and the PP will again emerge to 20% doing 80% of the work.... maybe there's a way to organize society based on this- but it seems that most will always take the path of least resistance- an NPC tell when vice and virtue are involved.

They won't continue with this nomenclature. This was a test to see how we would respond. It's likely that they tried to scrub their involvement since they knew they would be exposing themselves but we know that they were involved, unless a chain of the deep state has been erased from ground to cloud in the last few days we can find their fingerprints.
