1). No such thing as "soviet government" Soviet is a term for workers council, and these were collectively called the soviets. Each city,municipality,octblast etc. had its own soviet.
2). Jews were smaller minority than the Baltic peoples within the bolshevik movement. Majority of the bolsheviks were either Russians or Ukrainians.
3). Communism originated in France following the french revolution, its origins are French,not Jewish.
