Rape culture is the permeative reality surrounding the supression of the human sexual urge. We're programmed to breed like any animal. When the urge to engage another human arises each of us are now required by societal pressured to repress that urge at least until the point where the would-be partner consents to the act. The inability or difficulty that the primary individual experiences varies in intensity. Sympathy for that struggle has been strong throughout the history of the our species from a time when nearly all sexual contact could be labeled as rape up until now when rape has become a much more broadly defined phenomenon.
This is cultural. Without culture rape is only breeding. Consent is a function of our evolution into a refined creature.
To be clear, in order to remain on the path toward further refinement we must only engage in contact of a sexual nature with explicitly willing partners. Anything other than that, including communication, proximity, gazing, incidental physical contact, etc is a rape act.

Rape culture is the magnum opus of female masochists, who have identified themselves with beautiful suffering women since their early adolescence.

Beauty defiled, or beauty in peril has always elicited extreme emotion, at least since the crucifixion of Christ. There is in human beings a kind of worship of pain called algophilia, which drives many of our actions and defines many of our perspectives. Beauty itself is kind of lame, especially for the emotional vampires known as women. Therefore, a more extreme kind of beauty is needed: a beauty created from two conflicting emotions, pain and love.

This "double emotion" of pain and love, of horror and beauty, evokes a more powerful feeling of beauty which women instinctively try to mimic. They do this by wearing slave collars in public (chokers), feigning victimhood in domestic violence or rape gambits, arguing that there has been some kind of historical female oppression or that there still is (only where they live, however). They don goth make-up, try to reflect illness in their physical form through anorexia and paleness, cut their arms, fake-suicide for attention, etc.

All of these behaviors are inextricably linked and done for one reason and one reason only. They will continue to do this until you call them out for it. Arguing with them in good faith only gives them more ammunition to claim that they are oppressed, which as you should know by now they get off to.
