I just tried raw milk today. I haven't had any milk in about 4 years because it always made me sick. I drank half the gallon of the raw milk today. My stomach is getting used to it but it tastes great and lifted my spirit. Also was able to bust out a few more reps in the gym. Literally the aryan energy drink.

You guys should look into the raw milk pill whether you drink store-bought milk or not. It's illegal in some states

Give A2 protein only milk a try, its closer to human milk and it tastes better than the stuff with A1 in it. I had to make the change so that I didn't get the brown squirts all the time, and it cut right down on my farts too... I then took it even father and went meat (with fat), and animal products only for the diet with A2 milk as my primary drink. I have never felt better, you just have to make sure you eat enough fat with the meat
