Try it. Go to the Japanese youtube page. It will bring you back to the main page with filter strings.

The culprit is Google / Google+ system. If you buy an Android device you are required to create a Google Account even if you don't attach it to a gmail account.

Now imagine all the fake / bot Google accounts from India being created by scam artists getting auto-subscribed to T-Series because they can attach any email they want to the account, even if the email server itself is fake and simply sends confirmation requests.
