Why didn't Hollywood "diversify" films in the 90s?

Look at the majority of kids show from the 90s and it's the opposite. Everything had to be as diverse as possible and everyone had to be represented and portrayed in a positive light regardless of what reality actually reflected.

Now all those kids who were raised on that mentality are the adults making all the movies and tv shows where forced diversity is so prevalent.

Even King Kong (2005) had an all white cast (with the exception of Jewish Adrien Brody).
If this film was made today, many of the main cast and at least 30% of extras would be brown.
If Jews' main aim is to muttify the west and brainwash goyim, why did they wait till around 2010 onwards to push historically inaccurate "diverse" brown casts? They could literally have made it the norm in films 30 years ago.

It's really been the last few years. I was watching arrow and the flash with my wife, seasons 1 had all white cast with a token minority, and now aside from the lead character its nothing but mutts.

But plenty of post-Y2K films like King Kong and LOTR trilogy had all-white casts....
I saw a trailer for a upcoming film about Laurel and Hardy.
There are so many brown actors and extras in that film, not two seconds go by without seeing a brown face somewhere.

Hollywood has been expanding outwards to foreign markets, so they are now trying to get their biggest bang for their buck by making it diverse to try to appeal to everyone and calling anyone that calls them out on it "racist"
