Even after seeing millions of non-whites flood into their country over just a few years, the NPCs are voting for the Green party at an insane rate while AfD hovers in the low teens in every single election. The Green party is here around the 80s, in the beginning they were secretly supported by the Stasi, seeing them as a good way to subvert West Germany. At the beginning the Green Party had they typical left wing, socialist, unwashed post 68 Revolution scum that had one topic what wasnt cared about before: Environment. Chernobyl, the myth of dying german Woods through sour Rain, the whole drama about the Hole in the Ozone Layer over Antarctica were the base for their success. In the last 10-15 years there was a switch in the background of the Voters. More or less young, educated and wealthy citizens together with civil servants switched to the Greens because it became " cool ", heavily pushed by the Media where at least 80% of all Journalists are themselves supporting the Green party. These wealthy voters live far away from the Neighbourhood were the Rapefugees are running around and they have enough money to pay for all the environment bullshit the green party comes up with.
In this situation comes a party like the AfD, just four years ago, heavily demonized right from the start by our public media that is funded with 8 Billion Euros every year and they still managed to get into every federal parliament in every election and in most of them with double numbers.

It's not a resignation. All she did was to forfeit her run in the upcoming election for CDU chairman. It's a metapolitical win, but not yet a win in the bigger picture.

If I were in the AfD I would wait until they can become seniorpartner with CDU + FDP as juniors. Reconquista has to be done right. Not in a weak coalition.
