2. Working out at least 3 times a week. Body weight exercises with some cardio til you build confidence for a gym. (I don't attend a gym and I look great). Also depends on how "big" you want to get.
3. Motorsports. I ride my motorcycle in the foothills/mountains 10 mins from my home it is a blast and you're out in nature. I also work on my cars and other people's cars. (I rebuilt the head on my commuter during the summer. It was fun). I have learned so much by myself.
4. Fishing. I like fishing off my kayak. There is never a boring day at the lake with this combo. I take my field guide and identify cool looking birds when the fish aren't biting.
5. Reading. I actually read every night before bed. It can range from Jack London/Mark Twain to books on historic automobiles/motorcycles.
