i don't think it will be one server or a group of static IPs, the cloudflare thing will keep it up for a while and the DNS still points there, sometimes it times out where they can't reach the origin sometimes it shows the page pulled from somewhere else. They could do anything they want once the request comes into their network even send it to his home computer there sin't the 3 hour refersh or longer TTL if you are redirecting queries.
