After watching the clip i don't think she meant it as her own opinion or a joke, but that it was the opinion of the commentator. Then in judgement she narrated what the commentator must be thinking to make such a mistake. I hate Hillary btw. That's just my take on it.

I get her initial comment, (that she was a racist who was projecting her racism on to the interviewer in an awful joke), but what she mean by the followup? Zuckerberg is rich, and what? Was the rationale supposed to be that Zuckerberg was paying her so she wouldn't be a candidate in 2020? That's the best that I can come up with, and that's awfully tenuous. And? You mean it would be the opinion of the interviewer under this theory. She was clearly projecting her views on to the interviewer as a terrible joke. If she said, "Because all black guys look alike," it would be the same "joke," but the racism would be more obvious.
