I was debating on whether or not I should vote for Issue 1. Upon clarification from Anons in the last thread as well as reading further on it at ballotpedia.org/Ohio_Issue_1,_Drug_and_Criminal_Justice_Policies_Initiative_(2018) , it's pretty obvious that I should vote "No" on this, and encourage the rest of you to do so as well when we go to the ballot box.
What really got me is that criminals convicted of even hard drug distribution like fentynal would only receive a misdemeanor instead of a felony. I'm not a parent, but that shit scares the hell out of me where kids are concerned.
