Republicans Overseas are a small, intimidated group with low to no visibility in the expat community or outside.

2. The "old" transatlantic establishment. Think tanks, media, etc. that are tightly coordinated with the Washington swamp. Their talking points, fake news, pseudo-scandals etc. are often like translations of NYT, WashPost, or CNN (no surprise, same source). Their political views dominate our political and media establishments, often the owners, editors, "though leaders" are members of transatlantic organizations.
They address both the European and the expat public. It works as voting results abroad show.

Documenting this (i.e. the networks and main actors) is one thing. But once the conflict gets hot, would it make even sense to act? What resources or support could we reduce? What's the psychological effect (if any)? What would be to goals?
