In regards to point 3, a new finance system

It could be dicated by a central authority such as a Catholic church. Or it could be that a person is recognized for their good deeds by their wider community or individuals and thus nominated or paid in 'good coins'. Your production and its net positive impact on the world determines rate of pay. For example, poisoning the environment would not net good pay because it is a net negative impact on the world and the people whom you are slowly poisoning.

If that's too much for you, you could implement a sorts of decentralized banking system. Depending how much you have holding in the local bank will determine your interest rate - thus your contribution to that local bank and the amount it lends out to the immediate community (mortgages, business, auto loans) and is paid back in payment, is your ROI for putting your savings into that local bank. It's somewhat similar to what we have now but not really since there is a lot of overhead taken. This would be done through Credit Unions and suck a lot of power from International Banks as they economically couldn't compete to offer such rates of return.

Russia got their ass handed to them, which is why they had to come to an agreement with Chechnya. Russia is just 20-50 years away from being an Islamic State. By coming to Russia's aid to deal with Chechnya, you accomplish several things. One, you might improve relations with Russia. Two, you decrease Islamic growth in that region and in Moscow. By decreasing Islamic influence, you will also weaken relations between Turkey, Iran and Russia as Russia would become a Christian super state once again. We need to descrease spread of Islam wherever we can.
