Pol and BTC

I know BIZ is the containment board for BTC

however I am sort of surprised that BTC, the political implications are not discussed here more often.

Eg
cannot be controlled by state
cannot be forced is diversity, or women quotas
cannot be siezed
cannot have wealth transfers to other races

80+%+ white male or asian male involved, women about 2% if that.

Who new when something left to function on it merits free of gov could appreciate millions of time in value in 10 years.

I mean is that not the proof Jow Forums needs.

They are building the infrastructure now to control it. They're going to build a fractional reserve bank atop BTC the way they used to for gold.

even if that were true, that would only make it a better investment

Agreed, for now. I holding some.
But the think it's important for any red-pilled folk to keep it in perspective.
Hoping for a boom this month, with news from Bakkt or Nasdaq

what infrastructure can they build to control it? havent other e-coins thought about that and done something to mitigate the possibilities. the fact is OP is right in some ways. The political implications of BTC are massive, in they are incomprehensible. For a board dedicated to politics a question such as his should have a massive audience. and yet here we are, another night a Jow Forums, two nigger hate threads, two BBC threads, half dozen e-celeb threads, usual horseshit about trump, maybe a CPD thread, how long before a skyking

but when are we going to get serious and start discussing the things that are really going to shape the future, or are we just going to post hitler was right and holohoax shit all night

One thing /pol related about crypto i think, is the effect of the recent Gab.ai stuff.
>Twitter bans speach
> create alt media
> Payment platforms ban Gab
> New media resort to crypto

the more the left tries to control human behavior, the more we'll be ushered into btc

truth
the more they tighten their grip, the more will slip through their fingers. and so people like anglin and jones are now pioneers, creating a truelly alt-news platform, one not beholden to any of the oligarchs, the path they blaze will now be followed by others, and it would seem crypto is the prefered methos of payment, since by its nature it cannot be traced or prevented

the question then becomes what will be the next play of the oligarchs, how will they attempt to establish control .... what is the infrastructure alluded to by how can they do this, and how can we sabotage that attempt

What they'd want to do is make it illegal for non-licensed people to buy/sell real BTC. They'd have the central banks "hold" everyones real coin and give you digital debt, same as gold/dollar.
The problem is that the genie's already out of the bottle, so they're trying to spread bad news while they accumulate as much as possible.

If the central banks ever own a critical mass of coin, it could be a problem.

Or, they make they're own state-sanctioned one and outright ban BTC

but It CAN be traced! if the banks or the gov knew the owners of the wallet addresses, it would be very easy to track every bit of the economy.

whos they
like all the worlds central banks? cause it seems to me that many nations simply would not play that ball, russia and china both come to mind, since BTC is a way out from under the yoke of the petro-dollar for them, many of thier allies would follow suit. now i could see the outright ban of BTC, but that might be tricky to enforce, and to enforce 100% virtually impossible, it could keep normies off it for a while, but when the petrodollar collapses you dont want to be the one holding it

what do you think would be a criticl mass of coin .. 50% .. 85%??? idk

bitcoin core cucks fucked up already, will ne centralised moving on to lightning network

well for instance my BTC is on a usb stick, but a friend of mine, whos more into it, keeps his on several forms, including paper BTC, his computer and on USB, ... how are they going to know where it is? they would have to physically search, which while not impossible, is not really feasible, do they know the amounts of the transactions? because they cant go issueing search warrants for everyone who holds 100$ of BTC, thats as crazy as trying to round up all the guns in USA

Exactly, They would need One-world banking system first (thank God for Russia & China).

Critical mass? idk, maybe %50, maybe less. All they would need to do is wait for it to become popular and people to depend on stability, and then deliberately dump all the coin they have. then they'll say "see! you need us to regulate the money supply! Use our new Global-Coin! We control the supply, so you know it won't crash!"

I think that BTC will become standard in the next 10-20 years, and things will be good. but it'l be a setup for an even greater financial collapse.

they dont need to control your coin itself, just your ability to spend it anywhere.
I actually dont think that will happen, but they would like to do it, im sure. \

What would really worry me is if I saw a huge mining farm like Bitmain team up with a central bank or a government. that would be dangerous, because a large enough pool of mining power then could literally control which blocks get added and which dont

yeah so buy in some, but keep some gold and silver on standby to buy in more when they collapse it, and sell all your BTC once it reaches a stable plateau and normalizes,

but in the near future, like next tenyears, it is defintely viable as a goto currency for those of us who which to bypass the (((government))) and establish payment systems which ZOG cannot interfere with.

[btw now is a good time to buy some, and then sell between dec25 and jan1. -- every year BTC value spikes over holiday season just due to increased spending, and drops again in january, at least thats a trend i have noticed]

Agreed, my friend. i am stacking now. And just began the totally non-degenerate hobby of coin collecting!

I'm expecting a moon this year too, I think when Bakkt rolls out it'll be huge.

OR if the stock market crashes, that would be interesting as well, but I hope for Trump's sake that it doesn't.

well by forcing people to only use their paper dollars, they are kinda exposing their hand though too. I mean even normies are gonna start to ask "Why cant i use bitcoin?" and once that gets answered, well id like to think people are gonna revolt, but that seems like another timeline. maybe some kind of quiet revolution that sees people turn off their tvs and ask poignant questions about why their governments are so concerned with a payment system

big mining farms like bitmain, if they hold out long enough, will have more power then national governments. they are already a threat to existing powers. I am suprised the oligarchs havent already moved into this field. who owns bitmain?

no politician gives a fuck about your cuckcoin just like no one else in the general public does.

go stand in front of a grocery store and ask a hundred people what bitcoin is, no one would know aside of hearing about it on the news a fucking year ago. some currency.

its been around for almost a decade. it never caught on. it was at max hype exactly a year ago. no adoption since. its fucking over. the party is over. no new money, no adoption, no hype. its done. the price fluctuations you see are just cuckcoinfags jumping from one coin to another like rearranging chairs on the deck of the titanic.

Please, all of you, return 2 Reddit or try Gab.

Btc is completely manipulated by the Chinese, it will never serve any purpose

You're a fool.

I collect stamps. you should look into stamps. stamps have performed really well over last hundred years, sometimes outperforming stocks/bonds. stamps are easy to collect, difficult to trace. I could take an envelope and easily put 100k worth of stamps in it and it would weigh less then 2 ounces... easily transportable, easily concealable ... the problem with stamps is they are not always so easy to sell, and many book values are wrong. also they have to be stored correctly (they are easily destroyed). my grandfather and my father both collected stamps, so i inherited large collection to begin with, but over last eighty years some of them have become extremely valuable, one of my siblings sold his portion and bought a house, one of my other siblings began seriosuly collecting and now has over 250k in his collection
one of my brothers also collects coins

how. i understand most big farms are in china, but how does ChiComs control BTC, theres plenty of farms outside china
I dont think so user, i think BTC is here to stay, and will begin a period of slow to moderate growth, especially as people become more familiar with it, i dont see it as a path to instant riches, but i dont think its going to drop anymore, i think its going to catch on slowly.

Nice, I'll look into that. for now though, I'm gonna continue stacking prec metals & btc, in case shit hits the fan.

i'ma take off now though, happy Halloween

In 30 years no one will be collecting anything and we will all be in the panopticon

so you link instead of use your own thoughts and words. go back to rddit faggot.

thats my whole point. its a fad thats dying. its not growing in popularity even after the value getting pumped up the ass. its not a currency. no one uses it.

the people who collect stamps are dying. its a declining hobby

its wasnt a fad at its inception, and its not one now, it was for a bit last year, but the prices have stabilized and, as I already stated, I predict it will begin slow growth again , and steadily rise in polpularity, especially when you consider the political implications of it. which incidentally is why this discussion belongs here
the political implications of BTC are large, it is outside the control of any central government and so it allows groups of people to organize financially outside the perogative of governments. that is why governments fear BTC, and they should, because that slow growth for BTC is a slow bleed for their financial systems. no one on Jow Forums needs to be reminded that the globohomo elite run the show by dominating the financial institutions, and so it is a no brainer that the way out from under that yoke is to embrace a payment system that they cannot control

Attached: unintended2.jpg (618x873, 61K)

thats where your wrong kiddo, stamp collecting has always been a hobby of intellects, and prudent investors. stamp collecting is growing, but oddly whats driving that market now is not so much the private collectors, but the public collectors. large investment houses and many financial advisors will tell you they have entire portfolios built upon stamps.
collecting stamps is a form of art collecting, and its not going to go out of style, not at least with people who have a refined taste. sure some ghetto hoodrat wont ever collect stamps, but then he wouldnt know a picasso if it was on the wall of the house he broke into either

>down 300% this year

its not stable. its been hovering around a price for a while, but its not close to stable. thats a big part of the problem with it too.

but, fuck all that. ignore all that. even if it was stable. it's a 'currency' but used by no one. it became mainstream less than a year ago and still, no one uses it, or desires to, or even really knows what it is. thats the whole problem.

well i dont know maybe in canada you have an older population more interested in shit but over here the only stamps that have gone up in value are the really old really rare ones. most of the average rare or old ones have actually gone down in value. i have seen prices on them decrease

can someone recommend me a bitcoin exchange? im leaning towards coinbase but also binance sounds good. i just really dont want shit being reported to the IRS and having audits for no fucking reason and paying taxes sounds bad
