No. Third position is an NPC meme. The people who say they are third position can never articulate what a third position even is. It's just a way of saying ''I don't like BOTH sides haha,'' when there are thousands of sides and countless factions.
When pressed on what third position people believe in, they have no clue what their positions are or their positions align with people they claim to be smarter than.
